How long is the processing time?
I always ship the orders within 2 to 5 working days.
How long does it take to arrive?
Due to Covid-19, there are currently severe shipping delays going on, because the postal services are extremely busy since everyone is ordering online.
Because of this, I cannot give you an estimated delivery time. However, from previous contact with customers I can give you some idea about how long certain orders may take to arrive. PLEASE take this into account when ordering presents etc:

The Netherlands - 1 to 4 business days
Europe - 2 to 10 business days
North & South America - 4 to 21 business days
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania - 7 to 25 business days
