Can I also find your products in any physical stores?

Yes, you can!! I sell my products in the following stores:

When will my order be shipped?

I always ship the orders within 2 to 5 working days.

How long does it take to arrive?

Due to Covid-19, there are currently severe shipping delays going on, because the postal services are extremely busy since everyone is ordering online.

Because of this, I cannot give you an estimated delivery time. However, from previous contact with customers I can give you some idea about how long certain orders may take to arrive. PLEASE take this into account when ordering presents etc:

Please take the following estimated delivery times in mind:
The Netherlands - 1 to 4 business days
Europe - 3 to 15 business days
North America - 1 to 5 weeks
Australia & New Zealand - 2 to 6 weeks
Asia & South America - 2 to 6 weeks
